Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under specific conditions such as cancelled orders before dispatch or returned items that meet our return criteria. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and process your refund accordingly.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
