Spident EsCom250 NanoHybrid Composite System Kit:

• 5 x Syringe 4g (A1,A2,A3,A3.5,B2)
• 1 x FineEtch Etchant (5ml)
• 4 x Etchant Tips
• 1 x Es Bond Bonding Agent (5ml)
• 1 x Microbrush Handle
• 30 x Microbrush Tips
• 1 x Dispensing Dish

Pretreatment:

• Clean the tooth using a non-fluoride polishing paste.
• Select the shade using a Vita® shade guide while the tooth is still moist.

Cavity Preparation:

• Prepare the cavity minimally as required for adhesive techniques.
• Bevel all enamel margins in the anterior region.
• Avoid beveling margins in the posterior region and slice preparations.
• Clean the cavity by spraying it with water, removing all debris, and drying it.
• Isolate the cavity, preferably using a rubber dam.

Approximal Contact Areas:

• Place a transparent matrix and fix it in place when filling cavities with approximal sections.

Etch:

• Apply Etching Gel first to the enamel areas of the cavity for 30 seconds.
• Fill the entire cavity (dentine) with Etching Gel for an additional 15 seconds.
• Rinse the cavity thoroughly with a water spray and dry it with oil-free compressed air.

Bond:

• Apply 2-3 consecutive coats of Bond to etched enamel and dentin for 15 seconds each.
• Gently air thin for five seconds to evaporate solvents.
• Light cure for 10 seconds.

Composite Filling:

• Extrude the required amount of NanoHybrid Composite from the screw syringe and place it in the cavity.
• Contour the composite. Ensure layers are not thicker than 2 mm.

Curing:

• Light cure all shades for 40 seconds per layer using a light curing unit.
• Hold the light guide as close as possible to the surface of the filling.

Trimming:

• Trim and polish NanoHybrid Composite immediately after curing using finishing diamonds, flexible disks, silicone polishers, and polishing brushes.
• Check the occlusion and articulation and spot grind if necessary.

Final Finish:

• Apply polishing paste on the cup/brush, directly over the tooth, or on the restoration material.
• Use low rotation and low pressure with intermittent touches and circular movements for polishing.
