Ensure that the Voco Individo Lux plates are stored within the recommended temperature range of 4°C to 23°C and are protected from light.
Allow the Individo Lux plates to reach room temperature before use.
Prepare the plaster model, marking the margins for the individual tray. Use spacers if necessary; otherwise, isolate the plaster model.

Molding:

Carefully remove the protective film from the Individo Lux plate.
Place the plate on the plaster model, molding it to the marked margins.
Trim the margins as indicated to achieve a precise fit.
The transparency of the Individo Lux Blue Transparent plate allows for very accurate molding. Use any excess material to shape the handle as needed.

Light-Curing:

Individo Lux is polymerized using a standard light unit, such as a halogen or UV light source.
The curing time may vary depending on the thickness of the contoured tray. Light-cure the reverse side for 3 to 5 minutes.
If improved material strength is desired, extend the curing time accordingly.

Finishing:

The tray produced in this manner is ready for immediate use in dental procedures.
Note that oxygen in the air may create a slight inhibition layer, which can be wiped away using a cloth moistened with alcohol.
